1．Rust-Resistant papers
Main Products: galvanized/ tin-plating/ silicon-steel/ low carbon steel gas phase (VCI) rust-resistant papers. Gas phase (VCI) rust resistant paper is a fundamental material processed by original rust-resistant papers combined with compound PE and multiple layers of PE strengthening materials, and the specifically produced VCI has been first evenly spread onto the fundamental papers and dried over heat. Currently, rust-resistant papers have been commonly used in flat cold rolled sheet, galvanized plates, color coated sheet, silicon steel plates, tin-plating boards etc; they can protect steel rolls from getting rusty and protect them from damage. Our company exclusively produce wide-screen 4000mm rust-resistant papers which weights range from 160—220g/㎡; our products have high-quality and functioning, and they have reached the environmental standard “ROSH” of the European Union. The annually production ability is 4000 tons, which could meet the demands of steel package for 8,000,000 tons.
Rust-resistant Paper Corner Protector
Product’s Introduction: The “L-shaped” paper corner protector produced by Wuhan Taihang Metallurgical Materials Co. Ltd was first pressed and adhered through multiple rollers and then was repressed through corner protection processing machines. The corner protector has a 90 degree of angle, the surface of which is smooth. The main usage of corner protector is that it could pack the internal layer of steel rolls so that the inside corners of steel rolls would not damage the outer rust-resistant papers; besides, the edge supporting force of the packaging and the overall intensity of packaging would both be strengthened. What’s more, triangle shaped opening designed vertically starting from the bottom makes the product can both stand straight (to protect the metal sides) and curve (to protect the sides of metal rolls at different diameters). One product can be functioned in two ways, thus the interchangeability be strengthened, and the raw materials can also be saved.
Since the general corner protector is in the most inner layer of steel packaging to disconnect the edges of steel rolls and rust-resistant papers, so if the storage time for steels stayed longer, the edges of steel would go rusty. In accordance with the above situation, Taihang Co. developed a newly rust-resistant paper corner protector. The newly developed rust-resistant paper corner protector uses waterproof material for its outer surface and VCI for its inner coating. Without altering the physical nature of paper corner protectors, and with the functions of both waterproof and rust-resistance, this product has a high value in practice for the long-term storage of steel rolls.

2．Plastic Products
Main kinds: Plastic protective boards, side protection broads, internal/external corner protection circuit, package box, cushion plates etc. Plastic products are compounded through co-extrusion plastic composite that are made of polymer modified, and plastic product series have 15 patents. Plastic products are water-resistant, rust-resistant, anti-acid/alkali and are anti-corrosiveness. They have nice exteriors. Our products are highly impact-resistant with outstanding curving function. The thickness of the products can be customized from 0.8mm to 3.00mm, lowering 20 percent of the cost, compared with other iron cover packages at the same specification.
3．Iron Productions
Include: Iron (galvanized plates) corner protections, bundles, internal/external iron skin, lock buckle, package box, square-shaped tubes etc. These products are mainly used for tight locking, to prevent the plastic products and rust-resistant products from collisions and scatterations in the process of lifting and transportation.
